When Will I Receive My Order and By Whom?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Holidays.
All domestic orders are shipped by USPS. All international orders are shipped by DHL Express.
How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Shipped?
You will receive a shipment notification email/text once your order has shipped. The email/text will contain the tracking information as well as a link online. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/text. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email/text.
Do You Ship To Multiple Locations?
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
Do We Ship Internationally?
We ship internationally via DHL Express for the best service and rates. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes or not included in this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
What If An Item Is Out of Stock?
There may be a time when items may be out of stock. In the event this happens, we will let you know what styles available and what styles are out of stock.
How Does Order Processing, Cancellation & Changes Work?
All orders once shipped are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered for orders not shipped. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. For additional information regarding our return policy please visit our return policy page.
FIT BY A.D.® is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Express shipping options. If you are concerned your package is lost or damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days from the last scanned date.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
Undeliverable addresses include incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. FIT BY A.D.® is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. FIT BY A.D.® has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
